Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Pawn Broker to join our team. As a Pawn Broker, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while managing the buying, selling, and pawning of various items. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a keen understanding of retail operations, as well as the ability to assess the value of merchandise accurately.

Duties

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their needs.
• Assess and evaluate items brought in for pawn or sale, ensuring accurate pricing based on market value.
• Manage cash handling processes, including transactions for buying, selling, and pawning items.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about merchandise features and benefits.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to assist customers over the phone with inquiries or transactions.
• Implement upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain organized stock levels and ensure the sales floor is well-presented at all times.
• Operate cash registers accurately while maintaining accountability for cash drawer. Skills
