As a Sales Trainee, you'll be guided by experienced industry experts and supported by a dedicated team, gaining hands-on knowledge and comprehensive training to build a strong foundation for a rewarding career in real estate investment. This role focuses on learning, growing, and actively contributing to our mission through: * Lead Generation : Building connections through networking, events, and door-to-door outreach; using your personal network and social media to uncover new opportunities. * Mastering the Craft : Learning advanced negotiation techniques and proven sales strategies; Shadowing experienced Home Buyers and gaining real-world experience. * Building Lasting Relationships : Engaging with homeowners, understanding their needs, and earning their trust; Representing American Home Buyer with integrity, professionalism, and care.
