Molly Maid of Carmel/Fishers/Geist is looking for an energetic, friendly, positive, self starter to join us in our office! This position may evolve over time which may include traveling to customers homes who request us to come out to provide pricing. Sales experience is not required, but appreciated. Company car is provided when handling work tasks along with gas, so no worries there! Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Potential Training Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-3pm Basic Experience Needed: * Customer Service - Phone Skills, Sales Skills, Customer Complaint Resolution * Scheduling * Computer - Data Entry, Microsoft Office * Office Organization and Administration Requirements: * Valid drivers license with good driving record * Able to work office hours * Legally able to work in the United States * Physically and mentally capable of performing CSR duties * Cooperate with owner and perform duties * Act in best interest of owner, customers, and team members * Detail/Customer Service/Sales Orientated * Accurately receive, provide, process, and document customer request and information.' Job Duties: * Respond to telephone calls * Follow the phone script * Listen to and assess the needs of the caller * Provide information to prospective customers as well as existing customers * Reschedule estimates & cleans * Respond, resolve, and follow up with customer complaints and concerns * Make back marketing phone calls as directed We are able to offer an immediate start date with hands on extensive training to ensure that you are able to be thrive in all situations.
