Urgent Hiring : We are actively seeking 15+ Sales Closers to start May 20th ,2025! Responsibilities: * Lead Qualification: Identify and engage inbound and outbound leads to assist them with resolving their tax debt. * Cold Calling & Negotiation: Leverage your negotiation skills to build rapport and close deals. * Client Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and texts via our CRM system. * Consultative Sales Approach: Use a solution-based approach to guide potential clients through the process. * Onboarding Clients: Effectively walk new clients through the contract and ensure a seamless transition. * CRM Management: Utilize our CRM to manage your sales pipeline and track progress toward meeting goals Requirements: * Motivated & Self-Driven: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong desire to succeed. * Strong Communication Skills : Ability to clearly and effectively communicate, listen actively, and show empathy. * Adaptability : Comfortable working independently and efficiently within a structured framework. * CRM Experience : Ability to quickly adapt to a customized CRM system and use it to manage leads and sales pipelines. * Commitment : Availability to work 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, in our Irvine office.
