We are seeking a motivated and success-driven Commercial HVAC Sales Representative to become part of our team. The right candidate will have a solid background in HVAC sales, outstanding relationship-building skills, and a demonstrated ability to uncover and close new business opportunities within the commercial sector. Key Responsibilities: * Identify, develop, and secure new sales opportunities within the commercial HVAC marketplace. * Build and nurture long-term relationships with contractors, building owners, facility managers, and engineers. * Create and present detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients. * Conduct on-site evaluations to assess client needs and recommend customized HVAC solutions. * Collaborate with internal departments such as engineering and project management to ensure successful project delivery. * Keep informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and new HVAC technologies. * Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements to meet company and client goals. * Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction. * Identify and promote additional service offerings, including Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Controls. Qualifications: * 4+ years of experience in commercial HVAC sales or a closely related industry. * Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and industry best practices. * Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales objectives. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and relationship management abilities. * Ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and project specifications. * Proficient with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales management tools. * Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as necessary.
