We are seeking a motivated and success-driven Commercial HVAC Sales Representative to become part of our team. The right candidate will have a solid background in HVAC sales, outstanding relationship-building skills, and a demonstrated ability to uncover and close new business opportunities within the commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify, develop, and secure new sales opportunities within the commercial HVAC marketplace.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with contractors, building owners, facility managers, and engineers.
• Create and present detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
• Conduct on-site evaluations to assess client needs and recommend customized HVAC solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as engineering and project management to ensure successful project delivery.
• Keep informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and new HVAC technologies.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements to meet company and client goals.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.
• Identify and promote additional service offerings, including Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Controls.

Qualifications

:

• 4+ years of experience in commercial HVAC sales or a closely related industry.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and industry best practices.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Proficient with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales management tools.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
