Duties

: As Route Sales Manager you will be responsible for:

• Providing leadership to a team of 6 to 7 Route Sales Representatives (RSR'S) to achieve sales volume targets.
• Training and providing feedback to District Sales Managers and RSR's.
• Meeting and exceeding customer expectations by following company strategies.
• Recruiting, training and developing staff within the division.
• Observing and reporting competitive activity within the territory and recommending solutions to District Sales Manager.
• Promote practices that result in all employees conducting themselves in a safe, professional manor. The work environment requires:
• Daily physical activities including; stooping, lifting, bending, standing, reaching, kneeling and frequently lifting up to 15 lbs. lbmanagement Position requirements:
• High School diploma or GED required
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer aptitude including excel, word and e-mail Preferred qualifications:
• Consumer Package Goods and/or Direct Store Delivery experience (strongly preferred)
• Prior experience in management or leadership capacity preferred
