Position Description: Develop and grow customer relationships. Seeking motivated, fast paced people manager with DSD experience. Job Duties: As Route Sales Manager you will be responsible for: * Providing leadership to a team of 6 to 7 Route Sales Representatives (RSR'S) to achieve sales volume targets. * Training and providing feedback to District Sales Managers and RSR's. * Meeting and exceeding customer expectations by following company strategies. * Recruiting, training and developing staff within the division. * Observing and reporting competitive activity within the territory and recommending solutions to District Sales Manager. * Promote practices that result in all employees conducting themselves in a safe, professional manor. The work environment requires: * Daily physical activities including; stooping, lifting, bending, standing, reaching, kneeling and frequently lifting up to 15 lbs. lbmanagement Position requirements: * High School diploma or GED required * Excellent communication skills * Computer aptitude including excel, word and e-mail Preferred qualifications: * Consumer Package Goods and/or Direct Store Delivery experience (strongly preferred) * Prior experience in management or leadership capacity preferred Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Pension, 401K, Company Car, Cell Phone, and Laptop Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Will be required to pass a drug screen, DOT physical, background check and obtain a class C license
