Duties

Engage Customers & Provide Excellent Service

• Greet every customer with a friendly, approachable demeanour.
• Understand customer needs and offer product recommendations that fit perfectly.
• Provide accurate information about product features, promotions, and store specials.
• Help customers make informed decisions and ensure they leave happy with their purchases. Drive Sales & Achieve Goals
• Promote products with enthusiasm, helping customers discover the best deals.
• Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
• Assist with accurate processing of sales transactions and returns. Maintain a Clean & Attractive Sales Area
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually inviting.
• Support the team with inventory management and store upkeep.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and engage customers
• Experience in food service and event marketing is a plus
• Familiarity with social media management and branding strategies
