Responsibilities: * Assist customers with phone and will-call sales of HVAC parts and supplies, with no cold calling involved. * Receive and process requests for quotations, orders, and lead times via phone, fax, and email. * Follow up with customers regarding pricing inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. * Communicate with manufacturers to obtain current lead time information and customer delivery requirements. * Collaborate with outside sales team to address customer-related needs and provide exceptional service. * Educate customers about product technology, features, and benefits to enhance customer satisfaction. * Previous experience in a sales and customer service environment. * Ability to successfully sell products and deliver excellent customer service. * Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. * Creative problem-solving abilities to address customer needs effectively. * Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. * Ability to interact effectively with individuals at multiple levels. * Demonstrates high integrity and professionalism in all interactions. Preferred Skills: * Experience with Epicor Eclipse/Solar. * Knowledge of HVAC products and industry. * Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
