Duties

- Lead a team of 1 or 2 retail sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales targets - The product specialist working under you will bring you in customers and you are responsible for directing them on what vehicles to show and then close on the numbers. - Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge - Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed - Create and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Experience - Previous experience in automotive sales - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using CRM systems and other retail software This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail professional to take on a leadership role within our dynamic team.
