Summary We are looking for a driven and dynamic Real Estate Inside Sales Associate to become a vital part of our energetic team. The perfect candidate will possess a genuine passion for sales , outstanding communication abilities, and a solid knowledge of the real estate sector. Primary duties involve generating leads, qualifying prospects, and coordinating appointments for our sales representatives. Responsibilities * Prospect for new leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events. * Qualify leads to determine their needs, timeline, and financial capacity. * Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat business. * Set appointments for our sales team with qualified leads. * Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner to nurture them through the sales process. * Keep accurate records of all interactions with clients and leads in our CRM system. * Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities.
