Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: 5 years minimum sales experience working in preferably the auto industry, power sports sales, insurance, or real estate sales. The Position: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships, and expanding our customer base within your designated region. This is a 100% commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance. Responsibilities

:

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support post-sale.
