This position features a new rotational style four-day work week to fit every schedule and allow you to enjoy a healthier work life balance. * Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 per year This role has a base salary of $40,000 + incentive opportunities with uncapped commission potential. * How do our Salesperson Drive Impact? After successful completion of our Sales Training Program; our Salesperson will walk our customer through the entire vehicle buying process. * Assist customer on buying desired vehicle. * Educate customers on financial products and financing options. * Able to maintain the unit average and the minimum performance that is required by the store. We're Looking For: * Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. * Exceptional customer service skills. * High level of detail orientation and accuracy. * Proven experience working within a team environment. * Familiarity with using Microsoft Office and being able to utilize other computer programs as needed. * This position will require you to move around the dealership and is not limited to sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting. * Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, not required.
