Responsibilities: * Targeted Outreach: Conduct B2B cold calling and email campaigns to generate new business leads, aiming for 80-100 quality calls per week. * Strategic Adjustment: Continuously refine and adjust strategies based on feedback and results. * Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to address any questions or concerns. * Lead Qualification: Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and gather essential information using various avenues and our CRM system. * CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems to document and track leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records. * Collaboration: Work closely with the Outside Sales Representative to plan client visits and meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets. * Skill Development: Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for effective performance. * Customer Relations: Maintain a positive approach towards visitors, customers, and employees.
