We are looking for tech-savvy individuals who are good with data entry and accuracy to join our National Sales team here at our local Irvine, CA office! THE SALES TRAINER JOB: * Facilitate weekly virtual training programs for new sales agents and lead generators * Ensure all new hires complete the training program and transitions smoothly to their new Supervisor on the floor * Evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback to our salesforce focused on increase revenue generation * Identify employee training needs and assist in developing programs/initiatives to meet those needs to enhance performance, morale, and corporate loyalty throughout the organization while reflecting the organization's core values SALES TRAINER MUST HAVES: * 1+ years' experience in sales and/or a training role required * 1+ years' experience in a lead generation/call center role required * Effective and articulate communicator with great cadence * Strong ability to motivate and inspire through Virtual Training sessions * Crazy organized and knows how to stick to a schedule * Effective presenter who understands how to train a group of people at multiple levels in the same session THE WINS: * You are a crucial part to a new hires experience and get to weekly, make an impact on many people * Work/life balance is rare, but we have it.
