Provide world class customer service, technical product support and operational efficiency solutions. Looking for a great collaborator to work with our sales team, operations and customers. You will be responsible for responding to sales inquiries, participating in the quote process and quote follow up, lead distribution and customer service. Main functions of responsiblities: Customer growth Sales team support CRM development Previous manufacturing customer service or inside sales experience is preferred. Hydraulic equipment knowledge/experience is even better!
