Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic and proactive Sales Representative with a background in the solar industry to lead market development and customer acquisition efforts. This role requires fluency in both Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with our U.S.-based technical team and drive sales projects based on client requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and manage customer accounts for solar equipment, including photovoltaic (PV) modules, inverters, and energy storage systems within the assigned region. * Identify and understand client needs, collaborating with the sales support team to deliver customized solutions. * Manage the full sales cycle, including solution development, pricing proposals, contract negotiation, order management, and post-sales service coordination. * Expand new customer channels and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the solar or renewable energy sector; a proven track record of successful sales is preferred. * Familiarity with the U.S. solar market and local regulatory environment; experience in independent project sales is a plus. * Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
