We need a talented Sales Manager to join our team to continue our expansion and help us take over the Roofing & Exteriors market in our area! This is for you if you are:

Duties
- Manage and lead the Sales Team, coaching them to achieve sales goals
- Interview, hire, and train new sales people to expand the team
- Develop and monitor lead gen activities such as door knocking, canvassing, and referrals
- Refine our processes to ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Production.
- Build and leverage our social media, YT, Shorts/Reels, and create a strategy.
- Work with leadership to set all Sales Goals, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly
- Monitor industry trends and adjust goals, sales tactics and pricing as required
- Develop sales training programs to increase productivity and conversion rates of members
- Approve commission eligibility
- Discuss opportunities for professional development & conduct annual performance reviews Skills &
Requirements
- Five years of management & leadership experience (more than 10 people)
- Five years of in-home sales experience
- Three years of roofing & construction experience
Compensation
