Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients through warm calling, effectively communicating our software solutions, and negotiating sales to meet customer needs. Duties * Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our software solutions and services. * Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Utilize effective communication skills to present product features and benefits clearly and persuasively. * Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on business development initiatives and achieve sales targets. * Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system. * Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to effectively position our products in the market. Requirements * Proven experience in technology sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong business development skills with a focus on building long-term customer relationships. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. * Proficient in using software tools for sales tracking and reporting. * Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales while maintaining a positive rapport with clients. * Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.
