Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. * Assist customers with policy changes and updates. * Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. * Be a team player, see something needing attention and take action. QUALIFICATIONS: * Obtain Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurnace license. * Communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented and able to multitask. * Previous customer service experience preferred.
