About D1 Training: D1 Training is a leading fitness and athletic training facility that helps people of all ages achieve their goals through expert coaching, structured programs, and a supportive team environment. We bring the same level of intensity, focus, and community found in Division 1 athletics to our training centers. Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Recruiter to join our D1 Training team. This person will play a key role in growing our D1 community by identifying, engaging, and enrolling new members. Rather than recruiting employees, your focus will be connecting with potential members, communicating the value of our programs, and helping them begin their fitness journey at D1. Responsibilities: * Actively identify and engage prospective members through outreach initiatives, events, and community partnerships. * Represent D1 Training at local events, schools, and organizations to promote memberships. * Conduct tours of the facility and effectively present membership options to potential clients. * Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through CRM management and personal networking. * Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, texts, and in-person meetings to guide them through the decision-making process. * Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to support promotional campaigns and special events. * Meet or exceed monthly membership recruitment goals. * Maintain knowledge of all D1 Training programs, services, and offerings to accurately answer questions and overcome objections. * Create a positive, welcoming experience for every prospective member. * Track and report recruitment metrics to management. Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales, marketing, or membership recruitment preferred. * Energetic, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Passion for fitness, sports, or an active lifestyle. * Comfortable with community engagement and building relationships. * Strong organizational and follow-up skills. * Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends. * Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
