Job Summary

: As a Design and Sales Associate , you'll play a vital role in guiding clients through the design process while closing high-value remodeling and renovation projects. You will work closely with homeowners, investors, and commercial clients to understand their vision and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

:

• Meet with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Create design concepts and presentations using mood boards, samples, and layout plans.
• Present proposals and estimates with confidence and clarity.
• Manage client relationships from initial consultation to project sign-off.
• Collaborate with our construction and project management teams to ensure smooth transitions from design to execution.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective projects.
• Maintain knowledge of current design trends, materials, and construction practices.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in interior/exterior design, remodeling, or sales (2+ years preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to close deals and hit sales targets.
• Proficiency in design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) is a plus.Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented.
• Passion for helping clients bring their vision to life.
