Job Title: Title Sales Representative Location: Melbourne, FL (Local candidates only - Remote Sales with weekly in-office reporting) Start Date: ASAP Compensation: * Base Salary: Starting at $35,000+ (based on experience and current book of business) * Commission: 12% of revenue from each closed file * Total Potential Earnings: $60,000-$100,000+ per year * Car Allowance: $450/month * Phone Allowance: $75/month Benefits: * Health, dental, and vision insurance (50% covered by company after 90 days) * 7 paid sick days * 7 paid holidays * Ongoing training and professional development Work Schedule: * Full-Time Position * Remote sales with at least 1 day/week in the Melbourne office * Field-based, client-facing role Requirements (Must-Haves): * Active Title License or an existing book of business * Sales experience in title, real estate, mortgage , or a similar field * Must live locally in or near Melbourne, FL (no relocation offered) * Able to work both in the office and out in the field each week Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have): * Background in title, mortgage, or real estate * Comfortable using social media for business (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) Who We're Looking For: We're hiring a Title Sales Representative to grow our business, build strong relationships with real estate professionals, and serve as a vital connection between clients and our title team.
