Requirements Bilingual Spanish Speaking skills Must be 18+ Experience in sales is required, as well as a stellar work ethic and people skills. A Positive Attitude and work ethic are more important than degrees. Professionally answer phone calls, excellent interpersonal skills for video calls, and flexibility to meet our clients in person. Must love staying on top of the latest industry trends! Including AI Self-Starter that will enjoy creating and generating leads while valuing referrals and welcoming showing up in person! Must be teachable and willing to learn, as well as patient to teach with kindness. Responsibilities This hybrid position combines in-person sales with virtual and social media communications. The ideal candidate is comfortable increasing our digital presence as well as helping promote our clients' events in person. Daily duties include answering phone calls from prospects and following up with leads and referrals.
