Job Description: * Take over accounts as needed * Includes client interaction * Upselling * Account maintenance * Research prospective clients, serve as the main contact for community partners, and generate new business * Respond to and manage telephone and email inquiries * Develop and maintain relationships with new and established clients * Coordinate with production managers and technical staff to provide accurate quotes, implement efficient procedures and address client needs/requests * Partner with management to develop and actualize a strategic plan to grow business * Other duties as assigned
