Keeney Home Services is hiring for a full-time Sales Representative in their Milwaukee, WI office! Keeney Home Services is a local company serving northeast WI. Keeney Home Services is experiencing rapid growth and looking for an Outside Sales Representative for northeast WI. This is a home-based position. We will provide you with sales support and training alongside the best sales training team. You will sell products that sell themselves with preset appointments provided to you. Our top sales representatives make over $250,000 annually and first year sales representatives over $100,000+. Outside Sales Representative Essential Functions: * Run pre-set, company provided leads- No cold calling * Inspect gutters, roofs, and attics * Present and sell company products and services (i.e.: GutterShutter Gutters, GAF Roofing and The Ultimate Attic Solutiona) Outside Sales Representative Qualifications Required: * High School Diploma or GED * Valid driver's license with good driving record * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to persuade and influence others * Ability to deliver customized sales presentations * PC proficient * Willingness to work a flexible schedule that will include some evenings and 1 Saturday a month Outside Sales Representative Qualifications Preferred: * 2+ years sales experience in construction industry preferred * Experience with Salesforce * Not afraid of heights Outside Sales Representative*Benefits: * Company-provided vehicle with fuel provided , laptop, and cell phone * Tools provided * On-going training program * Paid weekly * 401(k) with matching * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Paid weekly This position offers a generous compensation package with a training base salary plus commission.
