Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Roofing Salesperson to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and effectively promoting our roofing services. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development skills and a passion for building relationships with clients. Your primary objective will be to drive sales revenue, meet sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales efforts.
• Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client roofing needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare detailed estimate and negotiate contracts clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales needs with production schedules. Experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Proven track record of success in commercial roofing sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
