Responsibilities: * Manage a sales team of direct reports. * Manage channel partner relationships in region. * Execute year over year growth in region. Qualifications and Requirements: * 3-5 years of consultative outside sales experience with a proven track record of success. * Experience in B2B sales, particularly with fleet departments (experience with utility, telecom and/or municipal fleets is a plus). * Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service. * Technical knowledge of truck-mounted equipment is a plus. * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Strong time and project management skills. * Ability to travel within the territory as needed, including overnight travel. * Computer literate, with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems. * Ability to collaborate effectively with remote team members. * Core Benefits At TIME Manufacturing Company, we are committed to supporting our employees' physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
