Through our advanced systems and networks we acquire, renovate, market, lease, manage, and sell homes all across the country. Position Summary: This position is responsible for reaching out to new and existing investor clientele. This role will focus on the outreach and relationship development of potential clients such as investors, homeowners, builders, etc. The candidate for this role must be local to the market of metro Jacksonville, Florida We have developed custom offerings that drive customers to grow their real estate portfolios and maximize their returns. As one of the only full-cycle management firms offering integrated acquisition/disposition, renovation, and debt solutions, Marketplace Homes has something to offer for all levels of SFR investors. Essential Functions: Develop new business and follow up on leads and opportunities to assist in deals through outbound calling, emailing, and messaging with coordinated marketing efforts. Maintain company databases to track prospects and business opportunities. Consistently updating the CRM with changes. Generate revenue through our various programs to key segments of real estate investors Qualifications: At least 2 years of relevant sales experience in real estate or finance Extensive prior experience using CRM programs, including Hubspot or Zoho.
