Compensation: * Commssion Based: $75,000-$100,000 Key Responsibilities: * Client Engagement: Be the first point of contact, providing an excellent experience for buyers, sellers, and agents. * Detail & Organization: Keep track of multiple listings, appointments, and follow-ups without missing a beat. * Marketing & Listing Support: Help create engaging property listings, coordinate showings, and assist with open houses. * Problem-Solving & Initiative: Anticipate needs and take action before issues arise. * Communication & Coordination: Keep everyone informed, from clients to team members, ensuring seamless transactions.
