We are looking for individuals who are customer-centric, driven, and looking to take on a new challenge to join our team as the AT&T Sales Associate. Our primary goal as a partner on this campaign is to spread awareness, educate consumers, and facilitate new customer acquisition. The ideal AT&T Sales Associate will use their top-notch communication skills to effectively complete our clients outreach goals.

Responsibilities

of the AT &T Sales Associate:

• Work closely with team in order to learn proper customer service and sales techniques, how to interact with customers, and master all product knowledge
• Participate in training in order to fully understand the ins and outs of the entry level role
• Meet with customers with the goal of building relationships, educating on products and services, and closing sales when necessary
• Learn and understand the full sales cycle and be able to complete it while following all client compliance guidelines
• Keep a customer record of all interactions and be sure to report back to our client with these results in order to ensure customer records are constantly updated
• Network and trade tips ad tricks with other AT&T Sales Associates and team members to ensure that the team is consistently moving towards the goal
• Help to teach and train other members of the sales & customer service team that may be struggling

Requirements

of the AT &T Sales Associate:

• Prior experience working in a sales, customer service, support or similiar role is a bonus but not required for this role
• Passion for working with people, both internally and externally within our team and with customers
• Driven and someone who doesn't like to settle for themselves, someone who is constantly looking to push the envelope
• Being a self-starter and not needing to be micromanaged will make a candidate stand out to us Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,600.00 - $4,900.00 per month Schedule:
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed Work Location: On the road
