Your primary responsibilities will include: * Contacting qualified homeowner leads we provide you (No cold calling). * Meeting homeowners in person. * Connecting and building rapport with the homeowners. * Negotiating and closing deals to purchase houses. * Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPI's.
