Essential Duties and responsibilities * Deliver customer service in-person, over the phone, and via email * Continuously practice good listening skills with customers, team members, and leadership * Pack & Ship expert for our customers by offering custom solutions through cross-selling & up-selling * Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others * Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment * Become a Print Solutions Advisor fulfilling customer requests and incoming work orders * Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications requirements. * High school diploma or GED required * Outstanding phone skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math * Prompt, reliable, and responsible * Detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task * Able to lift 50+ pounds on a daily basis * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Adobe Creative Suite is a plus! * Ability to pass a background check to become a Notary Public Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Salary: starting from $15.00 /hour (or more based on your experience) Location: SW Austin near Dripping Springs.
