You can learn all about printing. You can even become a certified Notary. No late nights, and we are closed on Sundays and major holidays!

Essential Duties

and responsibilities

• Deliver customer service in-person, over the phone, and via email
• Continuously practice good listening skills with customers, team members, and leadership
• Pack & Ship expert for our customers by offering custom solutions through cross-selling & up-selling
• Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Become a Print Solutions Advisor fulfilling customer requests and incoming work orders
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Outstanding phone skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
• Able to lift 50+ pounds on a daily basis
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Adobe Creative Suite is a plus!
