Position

Overview

: The Specialty Sales Consultant is responsible for establishing and expanding business relationships with key healthcare providers while achieving targeted sales goals within an assigned territory. This role requires in-depth product and disease state knowledge, as well as the ability to engage in meaningful, solutions-based dialogue to promote the appropriate use of EBM Medical's portfolio of brands -- while adhering to all EBM Medical sales practices.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Execute EBM Medical's sales strategies at the prescriber level.
• Utilize effective selling skills and clinical product knowledge to influence healthcare providers to prescribe EBM Medical solutions for appropriate patients.
• Implement brand strategies to deliver consistent sales and marketing messaging.
• Develop and execute account and territory plans based on physician prioritization, daily call reporting, and sample management.
• Prioritize time, effort, and resources to maximize coverage of key target accounts based on opportunity and potential.
• Support customer needs with EBM Medical-approved resources, promotional materials, and programs.
• Leverage customer and market data to drive informed business planning and territory management.
• Build and maintain strong, solution-focused relationships with healthcare providers.
• Actively participate in company sales meetings, conference calls, and other required business activities.

Requirements

:

• Highly Preferred: Existing relationships within podiatry practices.
• Highly Preferred: Sales experience in Nutraceuticals or Medical Foods.
• Bachelor's degree required (life sciences or business degree preferred).
• , medical device sales, or B2B sales experience.
• Experience in Podiatry, Psychiatry, or Neurology strongly desirable.
• Proven track record of high sales performance.
• Demonstrated experience with product launches is a plus.
• Strong business acumen with an ability to identify and leverage market opportunities.
• Excellent relationship-building, listening, and solutions-based selling skills.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and territory management capabilities.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in pre-call planning, strategic selling, and closing opportunities.
• Energetic, adaptable, team-oriented, and highly self-motivated.
• High ethical and professional standards with a strong sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365 preferred).
• Must reside within the assigned territory or within 25 miles to ensure effective territory coverage.
