ABOUT THE ROLE: FreshTax is growing fast, and we're looking for energetic, ambitious individuals to join our sales team as Lead Generation Specialists. This is a sales role where you'll engage with inbound prospects who have reached out for tax relief help. Your job is to qualify leads, spark interest, and hand off motivated clients to our closers. If you're coachable, competitive, and hungry for success, this is your chance to break into sales with full training and uncapped earning potential. COMPENSATION: Unlimited Earnings Potential! The harder you close, the more you earn. * Base Pay: $17.00 per hour (full-time, 40 hours per week). * Commission: Top performers average $8,000 - $15,000 per month. * Annual Earnings Potential: $75,000 - $200,000+ per year. WHAT YOU 'LL DO: * Speak with inbound leads seeking tax relief assistance. * Qualify prospects by gathering key details about their tax situation. * Set appointments for our senior Resolution Team to present solutions. * Follow proven scripts while adding your own personality and energy. * Keep detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system. Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance goals. * WHAT YOU 'LL NEED TO HAVE: * Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable. * Strong communication skills and phone presence. * Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain engagement. * Organized, reliable, and eager to grow in a sales career.
