Ticket Account Representative - Entry Level Birmingham Legion FC | USL*Championship* Location: Birmingham, AL Full Time - Ticket Sales and Service Entry-Level Position About Birmingham Legion FC: Birmingham Legion FC is proud to represent the Magic City in the USL Championship. Position Overview: The Ticket Account Representative is an entry-level role responsible for driving ticket revenue through outbound sales efforts and providing outstanding service to fans and supporters. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about sports, sales, and community engagement who is looking to start a career in professional sports. Responsibilities*:* Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to sell: Season ticket packages * * Group outings and hospitality events * Mini-plans and flex packs * Assist in the planning and execution of group theme nights and promotional initiatives * Build and maintain strong relationships with ticket buyers and prospective clients * Provide top-tier service to existing ticket holders to enhance retention and upsell opportunities * Support game day operations, including box office setup, ticket services, and fan engagement * Utilize CRM and ticketing software to track sales activities and manage client accounts * Represent the club at team, sponsor, and community events as needed * Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or event operations a plus * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Highly motivated with a team-first mentality and desire to grow professionally * Willingness to make cold calls and learn ticket sales best practices * Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and all home matches * What We Offer: A launchpad for a career in the sports industry * Hands-on training and professional development * Team-oriented work environment * Complimentary tickets and staff gear * Opportunities for advancement within the organization * Ready to get in the game?
