This is not your typical call center gig -- it's a career opportunity with structure, elite-level training, and uncapped earning potential. What You 'll Be Doing:

• Take inbound & warm leads to consult clients on debt relief and personal loan programs. Help those who are sinking in debt
• Pull & review credit reports with clients
• Use sales scripts and strategic positioning (we'll teach you how to sharpen your pitch)
• Submit loan applications & ensure proper CRM status updates for campaign tracking and higher engagement with clients
• Stay organized using Microsoft Outlook & Calendly, Salesforce
• Be active in sales chat groups and team threads -- no lone wolves here
• Set and hit your own daily/weekly/monthly sales goals
• Become a true consultant , not a product-pusher Who We're Looking For:
• Phone sales pros with experience in:
• Solar
• Auto Warranty
• Debt Collection
• Personal Loans
• B2C/B2B Phone Sales
• Anyone with at least 6+ months of high-volume phone closing experience
• Organized, high-energy, and coachable
• Strong follow-up discipline -- if you don't let leads go cold, you'll love it here
• In-office only (Corona location) -- we don't do remote, and that's by design
• Minimum of 9-hour days -- top reps often put in more to hit higher tiers
