Retirement Plans Sales Representative

Overview

The Sales Representative This position is responsible for a variety of sales related duties to include prospecting and developing sales related duties to include prospecting and developing sales relationships with strategic partners, current clients, as well as developing a reputable relationship with existing clients. This is a developing role, to include becoming a Registered Investment Advisor Representative. Job

Responsibilities

• Analyzing current data base to run specific campaigns following a structured cadence of emails, make phone calls scheduling initial discovery meetings with DP Grow retirement plan specialists.
• Learn and become proficient in the use of CRM to track all communications and data with prospective clients.
• Gather documentation when necessary for the conversion with retirement plan specialist.
• Schedule appointments each week.
• Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities, and other key indicators.
• Execute phone calling strategy to prospect targets for potential leads.
• Responsible to observe, implement and fully adhere to the sales systems used by DP Grow.
• Cooperate with strategic partners and vendors to achieve company objectives
• Project an outstanding professional image in representing DP Grow to clients and the community.
• Meet activity requirements set forth by the VP of Sales.
• Attend meetings to discuss your weekly and monthly activities.
• obtaining series 65 licensing and certification

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years Business-to-Business or similar sales experience required.
• Detail and follow up oriented.
• Projecting a positive image in representing the company to clients and the community.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exemplary communication skills to include written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
