Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will assist with product demonstrations, manage transactions at the point of sale (POS), and maintain a clean and organized store environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers will be key to driving sales and fostering customer loyalty. Duties * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience. * Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products accordingly. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential buyers. * Operate the POS system efficiently, processing transactions accurately. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services offered in-store. * Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. * Uphold store policies regarding safety, security, and cleanliness.
