Assistant Manager Qualifications * Skills - Assist the Customer Specialists team with the application and sales process and handle escalated customer complaints. * Bilingual - English and Spanish * Driver s License - valid with a clean record * Open schedule - willing to work long hours and weekends * Able to pass a drug test and background check. Experience - 1 year of experience in a supervisory/management role is highly preferred and 3 + years of experience in Customer Service and Sales. Assistant Manager Responsibilities * Interview, hire, and train the Customer Experience Specialists. * Along with the General Manager, conduct team meetings and one-on-ones with team members to monitor performance and establish goals. * Ensure the appropriate utilization of the AutoMas system, making sure the complete documentation for the loan application process is uploaded correctly and that notes and deal terms were submitted appropriately. * Provide an excellent experience to our customers, during and after the sales process. * Build relationships with customers.
