Our command staff consists of former Law Enforcement Officers and Military Veterans, and the majority of our security officers are military veterans and active service members. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as a Regional Sales Manager at 3JS Security, LLC. The Sales Manager will be responsible for daily tasks related to new business development, business planning, lead generation, contract negotiation, and account management. This role is primarily located in Texas with goals of immediate expansion to Oklahoma and Louisiana. Ask Yourself * Are you an aggressive sales hunter who goes beyond the prospect list to find and chase new business? * Do you have an outstanding track record for selling security personnel services or other similar business or managed services using a consultative selling process? * Have you built success by hunting new prospects, finding the right contact, quickly generating a new sale and then moving on to the next prospect? * Are you action oriented and aggressive about contacting prospects? * Do you have proven ability to develop new business and drive revenue from a wide variety of vertical markets? Additional Skills * Outstanding oral and written communication skills * Computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM knowledge * Strong networking ability, with previous experience selling to local and regional based companies * Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress * Work independently and productively with minimum supervision * Work outside of regular business hours, including occasional nights and weekends to meet deadlines * Ability to travel domestically, as needed Daily Responsibilities * Prospect using existing relationships, lead technology tools and social media to reach potential clients * Develop and submit business proposals for prospective clients * Present proposed solutions via video meeting or in person * Manage complex negotiations with clients/prospective clients and close deals * Attain company's expected sales target for new business Qualifications * New Business Development, Business Planning, and Lead Generation * Contract Negotiation and Account Management * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Experience in the physical security guard services industry is a MUST * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Compensation Package: * Commission pay Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Ability to Commute: * Dallas, TX 75240 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Dallas, TX 75240: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dallas, TX 75240
