YFYJupiter is seeking a highly motivated, action-oriented Packaging Business Development Specialist to drive revenue growth and expand our footprint in the packaging industry. This position is remote based but will require approximately 25% travel. Additionally, flexibility to work across global time zones is a must. This self-starter will be responsible for identifying and capturing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and delivering innovative, value-driven solutions. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, strong sales acumen, and a relentless drive to exceed goals. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with both customers and vendors, possess a solid understanding of packaging supply chains, and be familiar with new product launch processes. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed individual and company revenue goals. * Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with both new and existing customers. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling and continuous engagement. * Promote YFYJupiter's packaging products and value-added services, customizing solutions to meet specific customer needs. * Deliver high-impact presentations and business reviews tailored to customer objectives and growth opportunities. * Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred) to manage leads, opportunities, and customer follow-ups efficiently. * Maintain awareness of market trends, competitive activity, and industry innovation to position YFYJupiter as a trusted packaging partner. * Collaborate across internal, global teams to deliver integrated solutions that align with customer goals and operational capabilities. * Manage key performance indicators including sales, margins, AR, and inventory. * Ensure all customer documentation, including RFQs, profiles, and service records, is accurately maintained. Required Skills & Experience: * 5-10 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the packaging, manufacturing, or fulfillment industries. * Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. * Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. * Strong understanding of packaging solutions, particularly in private label and custom packaging for pet care, consumer goods, or industrial sectors. * Demonstrated ability to manage long and complex sales cycles. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Comfortable in both customer-facing and vendor-driven discussions; able to manage relationships across the supply chain. * Knowledge of packaging supply chains and new product launch processes. * Advanced problem-solving and organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail. * Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Flexibility to work across global time zones to support international customers and ensure continuity and responsiveness. * Must be authorized to work in the United States. Preferred: * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging Engineering, or a related field. * Packaging design experience or education is a plus. * Experience managing strategic accounts. * Ability to identify and develop new market opportunities and leverage existing networks. * Proficiency in Spanish and/or Mandarin is a strong plus.
