We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while effectively promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing returns.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are well-maintained.
• Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, inventory management, and customer data entry.
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries via phone or other communication channels.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
