Full description of the position

Job Overview: Busy real estate office is seeking admin to assist with support of agents and general office tasks. Real estate and admin experience required. Ability to work in a fast paced positive work environment Team player who can assist other company admins when needed. Duties: - Assist with month end close out procedures. - Review of required paperwork on each transaction. - onboarding of new and experienced agents to office. - maintenance of office supplies. - support of agents with technology and company platforms. MLS data entry. - Admin support to branch manager Experience: - Previous real estate background required - Strong skills in all Microsoft products - Strong overall tech skills - Attention to detail - Strong people skills - Exceptional customer service ability This position offers a positive work environment that allows you to contribute to team success.
