Job Summary We are experienced Real Estate Investment Firm operates in Indianapolis, IN and we are looking for an Acquisition Specialist (Sales Associate) to join our team. We are rebuilding the team and we're looking for the right person who will be groomed to take over the purchasing side of the business. In this position, you'll be responsible for managing and nurturing leads, cold calling prospects, answering calls from potential leads, ensuring timely follow-ups, and guiding potential clients through the sales process. Your role involves building strong relationships with sellers, handling objections, and negotiating deals that create a win-win outcome for all parties. You will act as the primary point of contact for sellers, scheduling and conducting phone appointments while utilizing our CRM system to track progress and stay organized. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your industry knowledge and contribute to the company's growth and embodying our core values of: Trust, Always grow/Always better, Loyalty, Consistency, Professionalism, Practice makes perfect and Teamwork. Position Title: Acquisitions Specialist Work from Home Base + Commissions $50,000 - $80,000+ Reports To: CEO Hours: M: 2 PM - 8PM, TU: 9AM - 6PM, W: 9AM - 8PM (Break 1PM - 3PM), TH 9AM - 8PM (Break 1PM - 3PM), F 9AM - 5PM and the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month 9AM - 12 PM, and whenever a client is in need of assistance Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Respond to all leads * Cold calling - creating new opportunities * Answering inbound calls for new leads * Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties * Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections to get the deal signed * Make calls and drive neighborhoods to develop new leads * Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects * Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially * Must use the CRM Daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed Qualifications: * Quick on your feet * Professional in attitude and appearance * Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities * Passionate about selling * Enthusiastic with excellent people skills * Independent and self-motivated * Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) * Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone * Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies * Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid training * Work from home Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Application Question(s): * Do you have a space in your home that you can dedicate for work?
