Title: Retail Sales Associate - Baseballism Mission Viejo Job Type: Part-Time JOB DESCRIPTION Baseballism is the official off the field brand of baseball: a company built from the tradition, history and class of America's Pastime. We are looking for an organized individual with a great sense of fashion who can engage with customers. Note: The store is not yet open, but should be ready to open operation in May. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain visual and presentation standards throughout store and stock area Execute merchandising, apparel placement and folding Greet and engage with customers to ensure they are served beyond their expectation Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service Process payments, handle returns and restock the showroom floor Maintain an organized event schedule Work with integrity and a positive outlook Answer the phone and direct calls QUALIFICATIONS Some customer service experience Strong fashion sense Outgoing and energetic Knowledge of baseball or softball PREFERRED SKILLS Customer Service Data entry merchandising Scheduling BENEFITS Initial product stipend Merchandise discounts Opportunity for growth Employment with a brand that has had exponential growth Part time hours: 15-20 per week Job type: Part-time Salary: $16.83/hr Required experience: * Customer Service: 1 year Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $16.83 per hour Shift: * 4 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift * Night shift Ability to Commute: * Mission Viejo, CA 92691 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Mission Viejo, CA 92691: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
