Our firm has an exciting opening for Entry Level Sales and Marketing Assistants on behalf of our client, a fast-growing, profitable marketing firm that specializes in bridging the gap between high-profile clients and their consumers within the Birmingham area. Our client provides personalized marketing and consulting services to their large portfolio of corporations and have recently signed on with their largest client to date! Our Company is expecting unprecedented growth in the upcoming year and they are in immediate need of Entry Level Sales and Marketing Assistants who can provide excellent customer service, establish a strong client base, and grow existing sales and promotional marketing material! Responsibilities of an Entry Level Sales and Marketing Assistant: * Interact directly with consumers and clientele, inform them about the benefits of clients' services, and recommend services to facilitate solution-oriented customer service. * Provide excellent levels of customer service, surpass customer and client expectations, and create a positive brand experience that encourages customer loyalty * Assist in the momentum of promotional marketing and branding material, to help ensure brand product/service visibility, exposure and acquisition for partnered clients * Participate in all company meetings and training events to establish proper channels of communication and ensure full operational compliance * Work collaboratively with team daily, along with Marketing Manager to successfully launch new promotional sales and marketing campaigns and inspect post-launch to improve results * Maintain up-to-date brand knowledge and ensure that other team members are properly trained on new services to sell, promote, and market with confidence Qualifications of an Entry Level Sales and Marketing Assistant: * Ability to work in a collaborative environment * Knowledge of retail merchandising and retail key performance indicators * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively individual and in a team environment * Ability to multitask, prioritize multiple projects, and ensure tasks are completed on time * Must be willing to work hard in an entry-level position and attend appropriate training sessions Benefits of an Entry Level Sales and Marketing Assistant: * Weekly Base Pay - Every Friday! * Opportunity for domestic and international travel * Close knit working environment * Out of office team events; i.e., paint-balling, BBQs, bowling * Frequent monetary bonuses * Opportunity for Advancement and Growth Don't hesitate - opportunities are limited and available right now!
