The Assistant Team Leader plays a vital support and leadership role within our real estate brokerage. This position will focus on bringing in new talent to the market center while engaging with current agents. The main responsibility will be to recruit new and experienced agents to the market center using Keller Williams systems and models. The individual will be assisting leadership staff in implementing strategic initiatives, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is people-oriented and has a strong understanding of business acumen. Responsibilities: Business Growth & Recruitment * Focus on lead generation using Keller Williams systems and models for recruiting. * Meet weekly and monthly goals for recruiting new and experienced real estate agents. * Meet with agents to assist in business development * Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete. Leadership & Culture * Foster a collaborative and motivated office culture. * Help coordinate and present at team meetings, training events, and recognition programs. * Share Keller Williams culture and values with recruits and current agents. * Assist Operating Principal in implementing strategies and vision.
