Title: Account Manager/ Inside Sales Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite) Hours: 10AM - 6PM (Monday - Friday) or 9AM to 5PM (based on the needs of the business) Type: Direct Hire Overview: This position is with a recognized as a certified global leader in medical biotechnologies, specializing in cellular therapies. Products are designed to support tissue repair, accelerate healing, and enhance patient outcomes across different medical fields. We are looking for a talented Inside Sales Rep who thrives on calling Medical Professionals & Clinics, Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Clinics, Hospitals & Healthcare Institutions, Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation Centers, Research Institutions & Universities. Responsibilities: * Reaching out to new leads generated by outbound call programs to present the company and its products * Create and follow up on self-generated leads * Follow-up on all assigned perspective and active clients and report the status of the projects/action plan in the local CRM * Listening to customers' concerns / complaints and providing detailed information regarding products & services * Presenting customers/clients with additional information regarding new products and/or services * Determining the quickest, most effective method to respond to a client's or customer's questions * Escalating queries and concerns * Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service * Willingness to take on additional projects as requested. * Strong work ethic * Shows interest in the manufacturing medical device industry * Experience related to sales, medical devices & terminology * Strong phone presence and experience making frequent calls daily * Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communications skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Punctual, hardworking, and works well in a constantly changing environment * Takes direction well from management Requirements: * Bachelors in Biology or related field * Experience in inside sales team, preferentially in medical device industry or pharmaceutical industry * Good organizational skills * Phone sales skills * Verbal and written communication skills * Must be in office daily These are the types of facilities and professionals you would be reaching out to: * Medical Professionals & Clinics - Dermatologists, orthopedic surgeons, plastic surgeons, sports medicine doctors, and other specialists who use PRP and regenerative therapies for patient treatments. * Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Clinics - Clinics offering PRP-based skin rejuvenation, hair restoration, and other cosmetic procedures * Hospitals & Healthcare Institutions - Facilities incorporating regenerative medicine in wound healing, pain management, and surgical recovery. * Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation Centers - Practitioners treating injuries and enhancing recovery for athletes using PRP therapies. * Veterinarians - Some PRP products are used in animal healthcare for treating joint issues, wounds, and post-surgical recovery. * Research Institutions & Universities - Organizations conducting clinical studies on regenerative medicine, PRP efficacy, and tissue engineering.
