We are seeking a roofing sales rep for the Northern Wyoming region. Because of recent storms there is a lot of opportunity in the area and we are looking for a sales rep/project manager from the area to join our team! We are trying to find an experienced rep but we will train the right person. Job description: - Run or generate a lead - Meet with the clients adjuster or create them an estimate if the adjuster has already been out - Sign a contract with them to do their roof -Turn in the job to be built for production - Manage the roofing project and deal with any problems that arise - Create the final invoice for the homeowner once the claim is settled with their insurance company - Collect the final check Requirements: - Willingness to work 40 hours a week - There is some cold calling involved. We have leads and you will get plenty of them but at the core you have to be able to generate business on your own - Willingness to get on top of roofs - A can do, competitive attitude - Prior sales experience preferred - A CLEAN BACKGROUND - The ability to handle rejection. This is a must in sales. This is a commission based sales job with draws on performance available. An average of 30-35 roofs will make you and average of 80-100k. Some of our experienced guys have sold 50+ in a month before. There are tens of thousands that need to be done in the area and only a limited amount of time to file a claim.
